Trandes is providing highly specialized services in developing and operating overhaul, repair and engineering facilities for legacy Air Traffic Control systems and other communications-electronics systems. Trandes developed these capabilities as the ISEA functions were transferred under BRAC from NISE-West, Mare Island, to NIWC Pacific. Trandes experts in production and overhaul, especially related to legacy Air Traffic Control and network control systems, recruited nationwide, have played a major role in assisting NIWC Pacific in reestablishing a production facility with a trained workforce capable of timely and cost-effective overhaul of legacy systems across multiple production lines.
